Street Soccer Skills: Sleep

Hello   there,   Heikal   here.   I   hope   you   had   a   good   and   productive   day.   So,   today   we   will   be   looking   at   another   street   soccer   skills   know   as   Sleep.


Training   Footballs
Firstly,   you   can   either   use   a   size   5,   size   4   or      mini   soccer   balls   of   your   choice.



Then,   here   are   the   steps   of   that   soccer   trick:


Step    One
First,   touch   the   soccer   ball   with   the   instep   of   your   strong   foot.



Step    Two
Then,   roll   it   gently   until   to   a   point   that   you   almost   stretch   your   leg.



Step    Three
Finally,   as   you   reached   the   stretch   point.   Bring   or   perform   a   light   jump   of   your   standing   foot   to   level   with   your   strong   foot.
